Old Hellfire Games makes every effort to keep our shipping costs down so that you can enjoy top quality games for as little as possible - including subsidising shipping!

UK Customers - Orders will be shipped from within the UK Second Class via Royal Mail.

US Customers - Orders will be shipped from within the US by our logistics partner, Gamerati LLC via USPS.

Everywhere Else - Orders to other countries will be shipped from within the UK using either Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide International Economy to keep costs at an absolute minimum. Click here to view the expected delivery times to your country.

Returns Policy - Last Updated 4 February 2021


Under UK law, when you buy goods from a business you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

We will be happy to refund any purchase for any reason on return of the products. Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of your purchases. Once a refund request has been made you must return your purchases to us within a further 14 days. On receipt we will provide a full refund of the cost of the products returned (excl. shipping) within a further 14 days.
